Finding Your Happiness - What makes you happy?

How do you define happiness? Is happiness something that you truly feel or something you do?

What does happiness mean to you? Do you wear a smile constantly on your face or is it that warm fuzzy feeling that you get inside?

How often do you truly appreciate those moments of pure joy? Of true contentment. Do you celebrate them and truly embrace them?

Happiness is a positive emotion. This is something that we can be certain of but defining it is a tricky one.

Aristotle is famous for quoting “A good Life is a happy life.”

So, with this quote in mind, ask yourself these questions.

What brings goodness into your life?

What fulfils you?

What simple moments in your life provide you with complete contentment?

With the world slowly unfolding into a somewhat normalcy again and we embrace this new life, we must sit back and reflect on how we have all dealt with the past year.

If you are feeling stressed or anxious about the world opening up once again then that is completely normal.

It has been a very strange year and we are here to get you ready to be the best you that you can be.
