Over 60.1  million people have used the hashtag “selfcare” on Instagram but what is selfcare and why is it so important to us as human beings.

 

Selfcare is basically healthcare but looking after your mind and headspace rather than just your physical body.

 

Since the lockdown there has been a great shift towards mental health awareness and how even a few moments throughout the day can help you focus, restore, and boost your mental wellbeing.

 

Selfcare helps improve your happiness, energy levels, reduces anxiety and general burnout.

This is all well and good but how do you fit this into your daily routine for it to benefit your lifestyle?

Therefore, we created our delicious herbal Wild Women Tea so not only will you enjoy every sip of tea, but it will also be helping your body and mind.

It is all about the simple ritual of filling up the kettle, opening a bag of delicious herbal tea and taking in all the different smells.

Scooping up those delicate herbs and placing them into the teabag or teapot.

Watching your tea slowly brew to create a simple mug of loveliness that is filled with only goodness.

 

Our tea is infused with carefully selected herbs and blended by us here in Somerset to create a truly delicious hug in a mug.

 

Our wonderful tea is aimed at helping reduce any hormonal imbalance in a more natural way and helping to ease symptoms of Anxiety, Stress, Pmt, Peri Menopause, Menopause and so much more.

 

If anything, the pandemic has thought us to become more Intune with our physical and mental health. To build ourselves a sense of belonging and to value our needs in a positive way.

To know that it is ok to take time out for you.

Take that walk in the sunshine. Go and sit in a coffee shop and read a book.

It is important that we are feeding the very centre of us if we want to be productive in our lives.

That the simplicity in life can be the most rewarding.

 

Taking that time each day to consider what you are doing, why you are doing it and whether it matters or not to you.
