Why do I receive 28 days in my subscription?

A herbal tea box containing enough tea for one cup in the morning & one cup in the evening, for 28 days.

Why 28 days? to go with your cycle... Simple!

How does the tea work?

We have created very specific blends of 100% natural plants, fruits and herbs which are very beneficial towards different areas of the body & mind.

How do I use the tea?

STEP 1/ heat water

Mix a scoop of loose leaf into tea filter / strainer and infuse for approx 5 mins in boiled water.

STEP 2/ sip

Take a moment to enjoy your tea & get into the right mindset & Enjoy

STEP 3/ repeat

One cup in the morning time & one in the evening.

Are the tea's safe during pregnancy?

Firstly, if you have any concerns at all please check with your doctor or midwife. More can be easily found in our baby section.

The other teas are not be safe for expectant mums/breastfeeding and therefore we advise checking each product first to learn more.

Are the tea's saft to drink whilst taking antidepressants?

Are you tea’s safe whilst taking birth control or contraceptive?

If you have any concerns at all, please check with your doctor or midwife. More can be easily found in our baby section.

Shipping is usually between 2-4 days, although we are currently delivering by hand to doorstep in the local area, so may be quicker.

If you haven't received your parcel within 7 days, please do let us know.

Do you have a discount code?

Our welcome 10% discount code is sent to you through email when you sign up to our mailing list online from the bottom of our home page.

Occasionally we offer a different discount code, which may be personal to you or a group so may be sent to you in a different way & may have an expiry date.
